Ulises has been a CCN associate since 2019 of experience in Labor matters.
He has more than five years of experience working on Labor and Employment Law issues for large and medium companies, including advising on labor issues and litigating employment law matters. He also has ample experience in the areas of Family Law and the laws of administrative responsibilities.
He advises clients of many sectors, in their labor relationships, such as employee’s contracts, and employment terminations. Ulises, prepares labor rescission notices, employment termination agree to employees on labor lawsuits, and handles negotiation settlement procedures before the Labor board or privately.
Also, he appears at Labor board to represent our clients in labor cases. Additionally, he advised clients on procedures before the Mexican Social Security Institute, INFONACOT, INFONAVIT, etc.
On the other hand, he has accompanied and advised clients to attend requirements from the family court related to alimony employees’ cases.
